This is a 3D printed replica of the magical Riptide sword pen! Leave the cap on to resemble a pen, or take the cap off and flick to extend the golden blade! The handle is 6.5 inches long and 2 inches wide. Fully extended, the sword is about 25 inches long. Please note the blade is not made for hitting or cutting anything. It is not sharp and would break if hit with enough force. This item is made for cosplay and display purposes only. This item is not made for kids, as it requires careful use. That being said, I have had many people buy this for their kids anyways. Just make sure your kid is aware that it is a fragile item.

Excellent sword, as described. My daughter (a huge Percy Jackson fan) is beyond thrilled. I was a bit worried about it breaking etc but so far so good! The quality is incredible. She loves pulling it out and the sound it makes as it expands. Thank you for making her Christmas wish come true :)

Great gift for my grandson.
This is by far the coolest thing I got my kids for Christmas this year and they got iPads too. There is nothing else out there like this for Percy Jackson fans and my kids are obsessed with the show and books. This would have a been a 5 star rave review if the second one I purchased wasn’t received with a bunch of strings on it. I’m assuming from the 3D printing but I had to spend about 20 minutes trimming it off. That does not change that I would purchase this again and recommend it because it’s insanely cool. My husband and I played with them for a few minutes upon opening the package because they were just too fun looking not too.
