At NonStopNerdShop, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged during shipping, and we're committed to making things right for our customers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that don't fit
  • Items ordered by mistake
  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

Step 1: Report Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by:

Step 2: Provide Documentation

You must provide clear photos showing the damage to both the item and packaging. This helps us process your return quickly and improve our packaging for future orders.

Step 3: Return Authorization

Once we review your photos and approve your return, we'll provide you with return instructions.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the damaged item to the return address printed on the original package label you received.

Shipping Costs

United States Customers

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items within the United States.

International Customers

We accept returns from international customers for damaged items, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our damage criteria
  • This policy applies only to items purchased directly from NonStopNerdShop
  • Custom or personalized items may have different return conditions
