It was exactly what I was expecting

Great prop, fast shipping, very nicely crafted. Only thing I wanna say about it is that you'll have to find a way to make the knife fit securely or it'll fall out. I used velcro for mine. Not a big deal. Comes unpainted. Not a big deal for me because I have acrylic markers. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase

No experience with customer service. Directly printed from 3D printer. I can see how this would be great for a cosplayer. However, for someone just wanting a toy, the rougher texture of the 3D print could be a little less desirable. Amazing accuracy to show. I really love this.

As advertised in quality and can't wait to use it as part of my cosplay
